Our ISO 9001:2000 quality management system guarantees the quality of our products and services. All of our processes are audited periodically to ensure that we maintain the skills and the know-how we have acquired so as to guarantee consistency of results.
Our quality processes include:
- Appropriate audits during purchasing and receiving of raw materials;
- An explicit definition of the clients’ requirements and efficient planning;
- Rigorous controls throughout the manufacturing phase;
- An inspection of the finished product in keeping with the client’s specifications;
- Rapid and courteous delivery.
Moreover, in our temperature and humidity controlled laboratory, we validate our processes on the finished product and perform comprehensive tests on the raw materials.
Montcorr Packaging was ISO 9002 certified from 1997 to 2002 and ISO 9001: 2000 certified from 2003 to today, proof that quality has always been a priority.
