We strive to uphold the highest standards, and this dedication to excellence is reflected in all of our products, in our prompt delivery times and in the exceptional service we take great pride in providing our customers.
We have delivered, and continue to deliver, on this commitment in a variety of ways:
- 9001:2008 certification, awarded in 2010
- Our Quality Policy, adopted in June 2010, which applies to each and every member of our team and which emphasizes our pledge to customer satisfaction and optimal performance in every aspect of our business
- Our ongoing investments in automation, preventive maintenance and training
- Our compliance with TAPPI pulp and paper industry standards for all of our products
- Our in-plant research laboratory, which allows us to test new products and ensure they conform to our strict quality standards.
We are such staunch believers in quality that our annual product return rate is practically nonexistent, at a mere 0.47%. And although we realize nobody’s perfect, we figure there’s no harm in trying!
